Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves promoting our products/services, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred).

SKILLS

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and networking.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.

  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.

  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve targets.

  • Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly.

  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

  • Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to enhance customer experience.
